Kim Welch, one of the area’s top-producing real estate professionals, has just joined Keller Williams Realty Group in the Limerick Market Center.

As a real estate agent for the past 9 years, Kim has grown her business throughout her hometown of Boyertown and specializes in the Berks, Chester and Montgomery County areas. She has vast knowledge of all aspects of the real estate market including residential, land, investors, rehabs, first time home buyers, multi-units, commercial and new construction.

Being a resident of Boyertown, Kim is involved in several community organizations including Building a Better Boyertown, TriCounty Area Chamber, Boyertown Rotary Club and the BerkMont Business Association.

Kim enjoys networking and prides herself in making people her top priority. She is very passionate about her business and feels a sense of great accomplishment when she helps her clients achieve their goals.

When Kim is not busy helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with her Husband Eric and their 3 children; Cassidy – a Senior at the Hill School, Michael – a Junior at Boyertown High school and Reilly – a 3rd Grader at Boyertown Elementary. She also adores animals and has a big heart for those animals less fortunate. Kim makes a donation to the SPCA from every real estate transaction that she has.
